Remark:
1. “Gross Income” means revenues from the sale of ticket, Sponsor, Barter etc.
2. The organizer must complete the application and pay the royalty fee before the concert. Otherwise the company reserves the right to increase the royalty rate by 50% of the royalty fee per song if payment has not been made before use.
3. The above rates exclude live broadcasting, live streaming, simulcasting, or recording rights, which require authorization from the rights owner directly.

Definitions For Events/Concerts
Concert	A musical performance given to the public where the music/artist is the primary focus of the event.
Mini Show	A small concert or small venue with live music as the main focus and no more than 500 attendees, whether tickets are sold or not.
Food & Beverage Events/Festivals	Temporary events set up for the purpose of exhibiting, selling, and promoting food/beverages.
Exhibitions/Conventions	Trade fairs or other events of a similar commercial nature.
Fashion shows	Fashion events, runway shows, clothing line exhibitions, etc.
General parties	Any organized parties or corporate events that use music, including pool parties, parties in bars/restaurants, boat parties, ballroom parties, staff parties, celebrations, and other company-organized parties.
Featured live singing in a corporate / product event / fashion show / fan meeting (not as background music)	Where a live performance is the main focus for only a portion of the event, such as guest appearances, for promotional purposes and entertainment.
