Remark:
1. “Gross Income” means revenues from the sale of ticket, Sponsor, Barter etc.
2. The Organizer shall pay the minimum royalty rate at 30% of the estimated royalty fee and fill the application form as well as pay the minimum royalty fee before the performance is performed; otherwise MPC reserved the right to charge 5% of total revenue or 50% of the royalty fee per song.
3. All of the above tariff does not include broadcasting, simulcasting, or recording rights. This requires a separate license

Definitions For Events/Concerts
Concert:	A musical performance given to the public where the music/ artist is the primary focus of the event.
Featured, live performance in a commercial event fashion show, fan meeting or meet and greet (not as background music):	Where a live performance is the main focus and attraction for only a portion of the event such as guest appearances, for promotional purposes, etc...
Mini Show:	A small scale show in a bar, restaurant, or small venue in which live performance is the highlight of the event with less than 500 attendees
Food & Beverage Events/Festivals:	Temporary events set up for the purpose of exhibiting, selling, and promoting food/beverages.
Exhibitions/Conventions:	Trade fairs, similar commercial exhibitions, cultural exhibitions, and anything of similar nature.
Corporate or Product event:	An organized event or exhibition organized for promotional or commercial purposes to sell products and advertise.
Fashion shows:	Fashion events, runway shows, clothing line exhibitions, etc.
General parties:	Any organized parties or events that use music. Includes pool parties, parties in bars/restaurants, boat parties, ballroom parties, etc.
Corporate/staff parties:	Private corporate parties such as staff parties, celebrations, and other company organized parties.
