Remark:

1. “Gross Income” means revenues from the sale of ticket, Sponsor, Barter etc.

2. The Organizer shall pay the minimum royalty rate at 30% of the estimated royalty fee and fill the application form as well as pay the minimum royalty fee before the performance is performed; otherwise MPC reserved the right to charge 5% of total revenue or 50% of the royalty fee per song.

3. All of the above tariff does not include broadcasting, simulcasting, or recording rights. This requires a separate license.
